All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered.

👟 Unused Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Have all original labels intact — removed labels void the return
• Show no signs of wear — no creasing, scuffs, or marks on the leather upper
• Have a clean, unmarked outsole — any sole marking will void the return eligibility

🧦 Trying On Your Shoes

We strongly recommend trying on your Marco Pelle shoes on a carpeted surface only. This protects the outsole from any marks or scratches that would make the shoes ineligible for return. Please also avoid bending the foot excessively to minimize creasing of the leather upper.

Please note that slight color variation between product images on our website and the actual product does not constitute a fault. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Shoe care is what keeps your shoes looking sharp for years. Always remove your shoes with your hands at the end of the day — never force them off. Give your shoes a rest by rotating between pairs, and use shoe trees for pairs in storage.

Neglecting shoe care accelerates wear and tear. Dirt and debris trapped in the sole ridges cause the material to expand — eventually leading to cracking or chipping. A little care goes a long way in protecting your investment.

Make Shoe Care a Daily Habit

❌ Avoid washing — Never put leather shoes in a washing machine. Even gentle cycles damage the glue and wear down the soles.

❌ No plastic storage — Leather needs to breathe. Never store your shoes in plastic bags or airtight containers.

❌ Don't over-wear — Wearing one pair every single day can permanently damage the structure. Rotate your shoe wardrobe regularly.

✅ Dry feet always — Always dry your feet before wearing your shoes. Moisture causes mold and damages the interior lining.

✅ Wipe immediately — Mud and liquid should be wiped off leather right away to prevent permanent staining.

A Note on Wet Weather

Marco Pelle shoes feature cow leather soles — a premium material that requires care in wet conditions. Leather is porous and deteriorates in excessive moisture. On rainy days, we recommend opting for rubber-soled footwear.

If caught in unexpected rain, stuff your shoes with newspaper and allow them to dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat. Use a shoe tree to help restore the shape once dry.
