We want every Marco Pelle customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy with a full refund under the following terms and conditions.

📦 Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered.

🔄 Exchange & Refund Eligibility

✅ Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
✅ Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
✅ All original labels and packaging must be intact
❌ Sale or clearance items are eligible for exchange only — no refunds
❌ Custom-made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty

👟 Unused Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Have all original labels intact — removed labels void the return
Show no signs of wear — no creasing, scuffs, or marks on the leather upper
Have a clean, unmarked outsole — any sole marking will void the return eligibility

🧦 Trying On Your Shoes

We strongly recommend trying on your Marco Pelle shoes on a carpeted surface only. This protects the outsole from any marks or scratches that would make the shoes ineligible for return. Please also avoid bending the foot excessively to minimize creasing of the leather upper.

🎨 Color Variation

Please note that slight color variation between product images on our website and the actual product does not constitute a fault. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
