  • Marco Pelle reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice
  • Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms

2. Products

  • All products listed on marcopelle.pk are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting
  • All Marco Pelle products are handcrafted in Pakistan using genuine cow leather

3. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on marcopelle.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Marco Pelle reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from Marco Pelle
  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method
  • Marco Pelle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion
  • In case of a cancelled order, you will be notified promptly

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or in remote areas
  • Marco Pelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all labels intact
  • Sale and clearance items are eligible for exchange only — no refunds
  • Custom-made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on marcopelle.pk including images, logos, text, and designs are the intellectual property of Marco Pelle
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Marco Pelle

Marco Pelle shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
  • Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of marcopelle.pk shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
